Noëlle Guinn – MSW LCSW

Swell and Stone Therapy is a virtual private practice founded by Nöelle Guinn, MSW, LCSW, who brings a deep passion for psychology, travel, and healing through nature. Originally from Park City, Utah, Noelle earned her Bachelor’s in Psychology from Fort Lewis College and later completed her Master’s in Social Work with honors at Colorado State University. Her experiences—backpacking through 14 European countries and working as a wilderness therapy field guide in Utah and Hawaii—shaped her therapeutic approach and inspired the name Swell and Stone. With a background in residential treatment, community mental health, and virtual teen outpatient programs, Noelle offers compassionate, experienced care. She now lives in Estes Park, CO with her husband and two dogs, and enjoys biking, skiing, cooking, gardening, and traveling with the goal of visiting every continent.
